_____________

The first day of the Glasser Australia 2022 Conference – Exploring the Freedom of Choice is a workshop with Susan Fleming, Sue Berry and Maureen Sansom. The workshop is called ‘Choices for the Common Good: Together we can build a better world through quality relationships’.

As members of a family and society we generally understand that it is all about experiencing good, positive and, connected relationships and yet, we often behave in ways that are not conducive to establishing these. We see ourselves doing the very best we can for ourselves, members of our family, our students, and work colleagues, but amazingly mental health issues are on the increase. There are so many unhappy couples, child-parent relationships, students who don’t get along with their teachers or one another and many people are unhappy in their work environment.

From one human being to another, the challenge is “How can I maintain quality relationships and still be free to live the life I want?”

In this workshop you will develop an understanding of:

– How to minimise stress by focusing on what we can control, what we have influence over and what we have no control over.

– What drives us, or motivates us and others to make our own unique choices?

– What can we do to create quality connected relationships?

– Learn the processes and the tools for self-evaluation that will empower you and others to have better relationships.

Feel empowered to make a difference while adding happiness and connection to the people in the world in which you live!
