I am an experienced educator with an eclectic background, passionate about sharing my knowledge, skills and practices, in Choice Theory®, Reality Therapy and Lead Management, the life work of William Glasser M.D.

Since 1989, nationally and internationally through my own private practice and as a supervisor I have worked with schools, corrections, family services and small businesses where my focus is particularly in developing Choice Theory®, Reality Therapy and Lead Management into organizations including individualized lifework planning, career development, life-coaching and workplace relations introducing.

I have been presenting workshops at local, state, national and international level since 1989 on Choice Theory®, Reality Therapy and Lead Management. As a senior instructor for the William Glasser Institute I am recognized for my knowledge, application and inspirational teaching of Dr. Glasser’s principles and concepts.

I am a wife, mother, and grand-mother learning wonderful things from my grandchildren that help me appreciate their generation as well as maintaining currency with ever-changing conditions and innovations within organizations.

I rigorously practice Choice Theory®, Reality Therapy, Lead Management and self-evaluation in my own life and consider myself as a practiced professional in personal responsibility and accountability.

I am committed to helping people live life on their terms and believe everyone is capable of living their dreams and creating the life they want.
