Marinela Mendes

Marinela Mendes enjoys an active life in Australia, working for charitable organisations (Lifeline re suicide prevention; and The Salvation Army re financial counselling) and as the director of her own business, Optimal Quality Outcomes. Through the application of Choice Theory using Reality Therapy, Marinela seeks to collaboratively make a difference working alongside individuals, families or teams by encouraging positive connecting to improve relationships and to maximise value in activities. Marinela assists clients in: taking charge of their life and/or finances; to measure effectiveness, success and joy, and by weaving their ideals to collectively form exemplary outcomes. Marinela’s personal and business philosophy is to empower children, families and the community to engender a greater sense of belonging and strengthen families and friends.
