Background: In her professional career in education, Suzanne has worked as a Classroom Teacher, Advisory Teacher & School Principal, and in recent years as Executive Director, School-Improvement and Executive Director, School- Performance in a capability- building role with Education Queensland.

- She has training and experience in presentation skills and facilitation of groups
- She has certification in Choice Theory, Reality Therapy & Lead-Management and is a Faculty member of the Glasser Australia Institute-Basic Practicum Supervisor level. She was principal of the first Glasser Quality School declared in Australia. Dr Glasser visited the school in 1996.
