Glasser Australia Faculty Programs are pathways for Choice Theory/ Reality Therapy certified individuals to further their knowledge and skills so as to attain Faculty status at three levels:
• Practicum Supervisor
• Basic Instructor
• Senior Faculty

Each Faculty Program consists of preparation, training, practice and endorsement.

Each participant undertaking a Faculty Program also require a Faculty Program Consultant as a mentor which is central to the training process.  The Faculty Program Consultant must have attained and be working at the level the participants program i.e.  A Faculty Program Consultant mentoring a participant for a Basic Instructor Program must themselves be a Basic Training Instructor conducting Basic Training.  Senior Faculty status.

The purpose of the Faculty Program is to ensure that faculty members have the appropriate knowledge and skills to conduct the different levels of training leading to the Certification process.

Each level of Faculty Program consists of different phases within each level of Faculty training and the syllabus for that level must be completed and endorsed by the Faculty Consultant before moving to the next phase.
