Dr William Glasser and the World Health Organisation share a clear vision of mental wellbeing. Mental wellbeing is a state in which the individual realises their abilities, can form healthy connecting relationships, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully, and is able to contribute to their community.

Take Charge of Your Life offers a pathway to wellbeing and personal freedom. This short course offers six (6) hours of training that can be delivered in a flexible manner and is based on Choice Theory.

Take Charge of Your Life focuses on understanding why you do the things that you do; how to make better choices and build connecting relationships with the people in your life. This course is suitable for people who want to learn Choice Theory to enhance their wellbeing. It also offers an introduction to further Choice Theory training.
