Aminta believes in a strengths based, solution focused approach to support and challenge people to achieve what they want to achieve. Aminta has been involved in the teaching of Choice Theory to children since completing the Basic Intensive Training in 2004. More recently, she has worked with adults to further develop their understanding of Glasser’s work through Basic Practicums. She utilises the Reality Therapy questioning technique in the coaching model that she uses in her school. Aminta uses the practices of Lead Management in her current school setting to work with others.
